(the "Sweepstakes") Official Rules

SPONSOR:
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by 164diecast.eu (the "Sponsor").
​
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins on 01.12.2025, at 00:01 Central European Time (CET) and ends on 21.12.2025, at 23:59 CET (the "Sweepstakes Period").

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER:
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A) Purchase Entry Method
During the Sweepstakes Period, make a purchase on https://164diecast.eu/ .
For every 1 EUR spent, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes ticket.
Example: Spend 30 EUR = receive 30 tickets.
All tickets earned from purchases during the Sweepstakes Period will be automatically added to the digital drawing system.
B) No-Purchase Entry via Social Media
If you do not wish to purchase, you may receive two (2) free tickets by:

IMPORTANT: Social media actions do not count unless submitted through the official entry form. Participants must complete the Giveaway Entry Form here and provide their name, email.
Entries without form submission are not valid.
Limit: One (1) no-purchase form submission per person
ENTRY LIMIT:
There is no maximum number of entries for purchase-based tickets. Free-entry participants receive a maximum of two (2) tickets per person during the Sweepstakes Period. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive: Hot Wheels Silver Series BMW Set (the "Prize"). Prize cannot be exchanged for cash. All taxes or customs fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value (ARV): 50 EUR. Shipping fee is covered by 164 Diecast.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible tickets collected during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place within seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. The potential winner will be contacted via email or the social media account used for entry. If the winner does not respond within four (4) calendar days, the Prize may be forfeited and another winner selected. If a potential winner is found ineligible or does not comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be chosen.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable. By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and to release the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or Prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries; technical issues; or other disruptions that may impact participation. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

DATA & PRIVACY:
Information collected during entry will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration. Sponsor will not sell or share personal data with third parties outside of what is required to conduct the Sweepstakes.

DISPUTES:
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and not through class action.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:
The confirmed winner will be announced on the 164diecast.eu website and/or official social media pages after verification.
