At 164 Diecast, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. We ship into every European country + Switzerland!

For European shipping we use Omniva.

In the Baltics the package will be delivered to your local Omniva package machine.

Contact us if you want to order outside of EU. Local customs fees may apply.

Shipping prices are shown at checkout.

Over 60 EUR orders have free shipping.

Below are our shipping policies:

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Shipping Methods

All products are shipped from Estonia.
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard European Shipping: Estimated delivery time 3-14 days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Delays and Lost Packages

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers. For lost packages, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

5. International Shipping

If shipped outside of EU customs duties or taxes may apply for your order.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

EU customers do not have to pay customs taxes/fees.

6. Returns

We accept returns if there is a undisclosed issue with your order.

Some of our products are new but not all products are brand new and are used.

Please contract us after 30 days of ordering to discuss return or change.

We will find a solution to every problem!
